We are on a roadtrip. The way we figure it, by mid-July, we will have seen every family member except Drue and LaVell - unless they are coming to Nome, TX too!!
So far, we left home at 4am! Yes, 4am! Molly was ecstatic!
Katie was a little sleepy...
I drove for a bit before stopping and taking a nap in the shade of a church in Crockett. That wasn't far, good enough to stay out of most traffic. We even made good time thru DFW - and who can really say that!

We actually ended up behind Larry at an intersection! Do you know that is the second time I met Larry in an odd place (another story - but remind me about the San Antonio Zoo later).Katie played with the animals and Molly had fun talking shopping with Susie. We ate at Olive Garden for dinner!! YUM!!!
Larry and Susie took us to the Cadillac Ranch.

We weren't going to stay here. We were going to do some things here, then drive a bit to stay the night.
However, the girls were ready to get out of the car!!!
We shopped for a bit then ate at Buca di beppo! YUMMY!!
We'll be headed into Arizona today!!
I'm so sad I'm missing the trip. Looks like y'all are having a lot of fun already! Yes, take more pictures, please! LOL!
